Check your CD-ROM is connected to your soundcard

Gets a bit techy now, Your going to need to open your computer for this one.   If your not sure or your computer is under warranty don't do this.  Get a professional to do it.

  1. Open your PC and find the CD-ROM drive
  2. Is there a thin lead coming from the back of this(usually grey) if so follow it and check it goes into your soundcard.
  3. If its not in your CD-ROM the check if its in your soundcard and if there's a loose end connect it the the CD-ROM drive.
  4. If there is not one there at all then you will need to purchase one.
  5. For more information on this contact your dealer or the CD-ROM or Soundcards Documentation
